By using Toolwise (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the tools

• The tools are provided free of charge for personal and business use.
• You must not misuse the Site: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to bypass usage limits, and no content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others’ rights.
• We may limit, suspend or change any tool at any time, for example to prevent abuse or control costs.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit and to the results the tools produce for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any files or text you submit, including confidential or personal data of others.

No professional advice

Results are generated automatically, sometimes by artificial intelligence, and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Review every result before relying on it. See our Disclaimer.

Embedding

You may embed our tools on your website using the embed code provided on each tool page, provided the “Powered by” attribution link remains visible.

Accounts and paid plans

AI tools and file-based apps need a verified email address. Free allowances, and the allowances included in paid plans, are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Using multiple or temporary email addresses to get around the limits is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its results.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Anthropic (AI), Google (advertising and analytics) and Vercel (hosting). Their terms apply to their services.
